Our wide selection of non-organic, grass-fed meat and outdoor-reared poultry is sourced from the award-winning Blackmore Vale Butchery in West Stour, North Dorset who work closely with small, local, family-run Dorset farms that all have the highest animal husbandry and welfare standards.
To provide the best quality produce, we only use traditional, local farms that rear free-range outdoor flocks and herds on lush, green pastures. And it’s all 100% British.
Our meat is prepared by the Blackmore Vale Butchery who use classical methods of dry-ageing and maturing to deliver wonderful tenderness and flavour.
