Using all parts of animals or 'nose to tale' makes sense to us. As meat eaters we've all been a bit spoilt having to hand beef steaks, chicken breasts, leg or shoulder of lamb or pork, but what about the rest of the animal, what about the offal, the liver, heart kidneys what happens to all of that.

Faggots originated as a traditional cheap food of ordinary country people in Western England, particularly west Wiltshire and the West Midlands. Cooked with a thick and rich gravy and served with a simple mash potato and some greens gives you a healthy and nutritious meal at a low price.
